<p>Terry Gilliam, France&#8217;s Patrice Leconte and Spain&#8217;s Fernando Trueba will  showcase animated features alongside us at Cartoon Movie, which is Europe&#8217;s premier animation  co-production forum.</p>
<p>Our adaptation of Upton Sinclair&#8217;s seminal novel about the immigrant experience in the quest for the American dream follows Paul Thomas Anderson&#8217;s success in adapting the author&#8217;s work for the live action feature <em>There Will Be Blood</em>.</p>
<p>The film will be directed by Hungarian filmmaker Tibor Banoczki whose work with Quark has already garnered awards including the Annecy Crystal as well as nominations for the British Animation Awards and the Cartoon D&#8217;Or.</p>
