Synopsis
The story behind the scenes in Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Centre; a high security Philippino prison where Byron Garcia, a man with a mission to reduce violence within the prison and high-kick start rehabilitation through large scale choreographed dances. When the prisoners' dance to Michael Jackson's Thriller hit the YouTube top ten, we went to find out what was really happening for Channel 4's First Cuts strand with RDF Television.
